How Do I Find ‘The Dress’?

Your bridal appointment is tailored to you. Our highly trained team are here to help and guide you through your appointment. We are here to help you find your perfect wedding dress.  Whilst in your personal fitting room we will help you in and out of your chosen dresses.

What Underwear Should I Wear?

Lightly coloured underwear is best and a strapless bra is advisable but don’t worry too much.

Can I Wear Fake Tan?

Whilst we understand why you may like to wear fake tan, we do ask for you not to wear it whilst trying on our designer dresses. We like to keep all of our dresses in immaculate condition.

How Much Are The Wedding Dresses?

The dresses we stock have been carefully selected. Our stock usually ranges from £850 – £1990. We  occasionally hold ex-sample sales where you may be able to grab a bargain. Like our Facebook page or join ‘Pretty Exclusive’ for updates.

How Many Guests Can I Bring?

We limit the number of guests you bring to your appointment. This is to ensure that you get the best service and experience. You can bring up to 3 guests on weekday appointments or 2 guests on Saturdays. Please don’t attempt to bring more people as we do not have the space and we wouldn’t like anyone to be disappointed. If you would like to bring more guests to your appointment you will need to book an out of hours appointment. These are charged at £20 and are refundable on your wedding dress order. In our experience we find our brides prefer to bring only 1 or 2 people along to their appointment. Too many opinions can confuse the bride, best to keep it simple with a less is more approach.

When Do I Pay For My Wedding Dress?

Once you have chosen ‘The One’ you will need to pay a 50% deposit. The balance will then be due when your dress arrives into Dress Me Pretty Bridal Room. Any ex-sample dresses bought in one of our sales would need to paid in full and collected. Bridesmaids dresses and accessories would need to be paid in full at time of ordering.

When Should I Get My Wedding Dress Altered?

We recommend alterations taking place aprox 6/8 weeks before your big day. Alterations are not included in the price of your dress. Please ensure all underwear and shoes are bought beforehand.
